While our store will remain open for business and be constantly sanitized thoroughly, we want to eliminate in-person contact as much as possible. The following suggestions will allow us to do that. - Sales Department: Most purchases can be done via phone, email, and text, our team is ready and willing to make this happen for you! During your visit plan on practicing social distancing and you will receive lots of friendly waves but no handshakes. Please set up appointments in advance so the vehicles you are interested in are properly sanitized right before your arrival and you will not have to wait any longer than necessary. Lysol wipes and aerosol will be at your disposal, do not hesitate to request if you don’t see them within your reach.
- Service Department:At this time, we strongly encourage our clients not to wait at the dealership for their maintenance or repair work. Please call in advance to arrange pick-up and delivery or loaner vehicle. Depending on availability we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you have your own ride, you can drop your vehicle outside of Service, call your Service Advisor and let them know where you are parked.When scheduling your appointment our Pre-Service Check Inwill be available to you before the appointment and available on our website, this will ensure your vehicle is checked in quickly and removes any face to face contact between our Service Advisors and our clients. - Parts Department: Please call us to order your parts. We will take credit card payment over the phone and meet you outside to deliver the requested parts or we will deliver to your door.
- Collision Center: Please call ahead. Do you see a pattern here? We will arrange all necessary repairs directly with your insurance company or you, depending on the situation. Complimentary estimates will be provided, loaner vehicles arranged, payment received, all without jeopardizing the safety and well-being of our clients and team members!
Most importantly, if you are not feeling well or have any symptoms please do NOT visit under any circumstances, this must be a group effort. We will work with you to reschedule a more convenient time when you are feeling healthy!
